NSS (National Service Scheme)
The NSS Unit has been running in the school since 2013. The unit focuses on the overall development of students and encourages them to serve society with dedication and responsibility. Till 2026, a half unit was running in the school; however, from the session 2026–27, a full unit of NSS has been allotted by the Higher Authorities of the Education Department, Himachal Pradesh.
Our volunteers have actively participated in Pre-RD Parade, Youth Leadership Camps, Mega Camps and many other social activities. The volunteers regularly render community services on important occasions such as Pulse Polio Campaign, Swachhta Pakhwara and other awareness programs in the locality.
The NSS Unit also celebrates important national and international days like World Environment Day, Anti-Tobacco Day, Independence Day and Republic Day. A Seven-Day Special Camp is organized every year to promote social awareness and community service. This year, NSS Volunteer Nishant Thakur participated in the District Level Republic Day and Independence Day Parade.
